You need to install a version of BI that was released during the time where your support was active. Your settings main page should tell you when your service expired.
Install a version of BI from that date or earlier.
You can get archives of the installers from ipcamtalk.

Just set BI to "run as a service" in the main settings. I forget which tab.

Yes, just make sur you deactivate the license on the one you are removing from. You deactivate from the first main settings page.

Support for getting a specific camera to work with BI is likely out of scope for what they can support. It would take a full time staff person to keep up with those questions.

Point of technical wording... the cameras do not lose connection... more accurately, BI can no longer connect to the cameras. Your cameras likely remain on your home network and when you take your machine to VPN it loses all knowledge of the home network (including the cameras). Another point of tec...
