Re: Deepstack Status Menu

Camera settings > Trigger > Artificial Intelligence > (tick) Save DeepStack analysis details

In your alerts folder, drag and drop a *.dat file onto that window.

Re: Esc key crashes BI... v5.5.5.7

Same, I've emailed support a few days ago. My method to crash 5.5.5.6 and .7 UI is 1. Double click any past time on the timeline 2. Double click any camera to maximize it, then play the camera. 3. Close the player sub-window. After step 3, BI5 user interface crashes but the audio from the camera con...

Re: Email notifications failing due to outdated TLS

Enabling TLS1.2 and disabling earlier versions has been a significant part of the last 18-24 months of nearly every IT team. Have a read of this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-default-secure-protocols-in-winhttp-in-windows-c4bd73d2-31d7-761e-0178-1...

Re: Can confirmed DeepStack Alert images be saved with markup separately?

Wow. 10.png Perhaps that's how I came to the conclusion that you didn't know what an API was. Interesting that you called "That API a hack" when it's merely instructions on how to use a tool (the Telegram API) to achieve an outcome. That means the assembly instructions for ikea furniture i...

Re: Can confirmed DeepStack Alert images be saved with markup separately?

via an API hack I can see you're particularly experienced and helpful to users on this forum and I've gained knowledge thanks to your comments, but by your own admission of not knowing what API's are, please refrain from making false statements that using API's is a hack. Your further comments abou...

Re: Can confirmed DeepStack Alert images be saved with markup separately?

So I wrote a powershell script to continuously monitor the Alerts directory, find any JPG greater than 20 seconds old (so DeepStack has finished processing it), resize it and send it via Telegram. It also silences alerts if too many are sent in a certain period. This is my solution to not having to ...

Re: Can confirmed DeepStack Alert images be saved with markup separately?

My requirement is simple: Send via Telegram (or Signal Messenger) marked up alerts successfully identified by DeepStack. I couldn't work out how to do it with BlueIris - it doesn't have an option to Run a command with parameters ONLY for the marked up image. The following does NOT work 6.png because...

Re: Can confirmed DeepStack Alert images be saved with markup separately?

Thanks for your reply - I get the alerts with the burned DeepStack markup just like you did, but I'm also getting every single motion event as well, not just the DeepStack events. Have a look at the following - DeepStack correctly identified every event on the timeline, however in my Alerts director...
