Re: Anyone else suddenly having issues with iOS push notifications.

Mine are working fine, sounds like you have a problem accessing the internet? They’ve just started working again in last half hour. Everything else internet related was working fine including remote access to the cameras. Also, when I went into blue iris app I could see the alerts. Just no push not...

Anyone else suddenly having issues with iOS push notifications.

Hey guys, Anyone suddenly having issues? Feels like a cert expiry, as I’m getting a “Push Failure ffffff99: check exemptions and service login” error in my logs. Additionally when I try to check for update I’m getting an error too. Only started this morning. Just curious if this is everyone or just ...

Re: New Wansview W4 Firmware

Sorry to revive such an old thread. Are you still using the W4 cameras? if so, are you on the new firmware? im running 07.26100.07.10 and I can't access RTSP any more. Cheers I have same camera and same firmware as you, and lost RTSP a few days ago. Any luck troubleshooting? Yeah after emailing Wan...

Minor bug found, can someone else confirm for me?

Hey Guys, So I've experience an incredibly minor bug for a while now in iOS push notifications.. Basically, when they mention the deepstack confidence there is always 2 % afterwards... for example.. Back Garden Motion triggered at 13:05:01 (person:84%%) In my alerts, they are set up like this.. &...

Re: 4 x Wansview W4 cameras all refusing RTSP after software update.

Ok here’s an update to this issue. I emailed Wansview for help and didn’t hear anything for days. In the meantime I replaced 3 of the 4 cameras with reolinks and they’re working great. I left one Wansview running. This morning I receive an email from them saying their engineers were pushing out an u...

Auto cycle switches between sub and main stream

Hey Guys, This is probably something simple I’m overlooking but when I run auto cycle in full screen BI shows the sub stream briefly before switching to the main stream. It does this every time the camera switches and is quite jarring. Is there a way to make is just use either the main or sub exclus...

Re: 4 x Wansview W4 cameras all refusing RTSP after software update.

Hi Tim I wish it was that simple. The IP and Port are all configurable and I’ve completely factory reset one camera and reconfigured it. I’ve also scanned it with onvif manager and found the exact address/port/user/pass but still shows no signal directly in the tool. For the main and sub stream. It ...
