My experience is as TimG understands it to be. BI D2D doesn't take anything from the camera feed that isn't already there - date, day time and camera "name" from my Hikvisions - but the weather info I add after the fact is lost when D2D is used.

Well that's something to look forward to. I just did a Check for Update and it says my 5.2.1.4 is up to date so no 5.2.2.0. Maybe they were watching and it was quickly yanked(?)

On my Home Theater (not BI) PC I run the camera app (Hikvision in my case) for display only which runs with ridiculously low overhead, and even considerably and inexplicably less network usage for the same six cameras. I run that app full screen and send it to four TV's (and a projector when in use)...

I'm running 5.2.1.3 with the latest, as of this morning, W10 updates and all works as expected, including double click to full screen

Well that's a helpful bit of info. I've updated (restored?) that file path and we'll see if I'm equally successful. In the interim I was just dragging the "update.exe" folder from the temp directory to the Blue Iris Program Files directory where it automagically renamed itself with update ...

My 5.1.0.4 x64 update was smooth sailing but your (TimG) cursing the darkness did light a candle. I checked my BiUpdateHelper backups and the last one was 5.0.9.2 on 2/2. I did a reinstall but if that doesn't fix it it might be time to investigate reddawg's solution.
