Well back on Windows 11 and all is working fine

The service Password is the same as your windows login and the UI3 login is one that you set in the settings of blue iris hope this helps

well whent back to windows 10 had afew more probs with outher programs. as well so will hold off untill more stable but did like the layout and how it was runing for most programs

Hi all just to say i updated to windows 11 Mad i know lol After the update deepstack stopped working in the time line just says Nothing found and in the blue iris status for deepstack every time it triggers it restarts just to let you all know don't be in to much of a rush to get windows 11 if deeps...

i emailed support and have been sent a code via email so all good

I Have the same problum have gone back to using ver 5.4.6.3
and all ok with that

I have just Renewed my version of bi runs out tm but have not recived the new key
so have emailed suport.
will wate and see what happens
