But, I'm still confused...
You stated you just bought BI, yet your support license has expired! Then you want a version prior to 5.0.7.7, which was published 01-02-2020 (10.32pm). You should still have support! When exactly did you purchase BI?

Re: How to install down-rev version?

What version is this install? https://blueirissoftware.com/#download Disregard, without actually installing it - it appears to be the current version. I'm surprised thats recompiled and posted with every update. In any event, why not just renew your support for $30? 5.0.x was a pretty long time ago...

Re: "No signal" errors?

I have Amcrest cameras and I've had BI4 and BI5, I had to put WIFI plugs on all of my cameras and I automatically cycle power on them 2-3 times a day. I've even gone as far as putting a WIFI repeater withing ...

Re: No Signal on cameras

When the cameras stop working, how do you get them to work again? - Does the BI right-click 'Reset' get it to work? This is basically Disable/Enable. - Do you Power off/on the camera to get it to work in BI? Until this is resolved, you could Temporarily use the 'Watchdog' setting of each camera to ...

Re: No Signal on cameras

This could still be something related to your network. You say "stop to work only on blue iris", so you can't access them from blue iris but they do work if you are accessing them from browser? They only stop to work on BI. The hikvision app works flawless, on the web browser too. In the ...
