Re: Push Notification not working.

Tried specifying a Tag in 'Mobile devices', and in the alert. No Go.
Just tried it on my old 5.8.0.14 system. Works!

Maybe it has something to do with the new Windows Location API.

Re: Push Notification not working.

Thanks for the replies.

- The two cameras do not use AI,
- My old system did not use tags. I think BI sends to all phones that are enabled for Push... Unless Tags are used.

Opened a case with BI support, and sent them my settings.

Push Notification not working.

Version 5.9.0.5 & 5.9.0.7. Rebuilt my BI system from scratch. Everything is working fine... Except Push notifications. Push notification to my Android phone is not only NOT working, but is being totally ignored, as if it was disabled or not even entered. Other alert types work fine. When testing...

Re: Motion Triggers Multiple Zones

On the Alert Tab, click the 'On Alert' button. Add the push notification and specify Zone 'A' only.

Re: One camera is zoomed in to a strange size

You can use the mouse wheel to zoom in/out.
If the mouse pointer when over a camera changes to a 'hand', the camera is zoomed in.

Re: Audio channel keeps disabling at random

Maybe audio was not enables prior to the last camera profile save?

1. Enable audio.
2. Save the camera profile. Also, save the BI Settings.
4. Disable/Enable the camera. Or, wait to see if this happens again.

After doing this, does it keep disabling?

Re: One camera is zoomed in to a strange size

This is caused by zooming in while in 'Edit Layout'.

1. Click the 'Edit Layout' button.
2. Zoom out.
3. Exit 'Edit Layout' by clicking the button again.
