If you have the time, tomorrow's Webinar is specifically about connecting Mobile Apps. The root of the issue *may* be down to design implementation vs something broken in BI. Both Apple and Google have been making changes to app policies and a method that worked previously may go against their polic...

Good question, I do not know the answer to that one. The same could be asked I guess in the event you renewed early... if renewing a month early would you effectively only be extending for 11 months. I'm not sure.

Strange, unfortunately I don't have an answer on that one. Are you accessing UI3 from the remote location? I assume so based on what you're saying. How are you connecting? Are you just port forwarding through a router, VPN, any sort of WAF in place? Using Dynamic DNS? Those errors don't mean a whole...

Yeah I went with the auto-renewal because I don't foresee me going anywhere else BUT I made very well sure to bookmark that site and confirm my login in the event I ever do need/want to cancel.

From your perspective I have to be the bearer of bad news. I tested with 5.4.3.12 and then after updating to 5.4.4.0 and my clips in UI3 load just fine. Do your clips load ok in the console? Do you use a mobile app? I was thinking maybe repair your DB.

My understanding of it is that you need active support to get any future updates. You can however continue to run indefinitely on any version released prior to your November expiration. IMO, while it wasn't always enforced, it's worth it to just pony up the annual renewal. I almost wish there was a ...
