Re: Gmail rejects alert

I seem to remember having that issue a couple of years ago with Homeseer and Gmail. I think Gmail had upped their security, so the only way around that at the time was to reduce it in Gmail settings back to the old level :o

Re: 2 Day 24/7 Recording + Motion Clips

Too many permuations exist to try to answer that !

Clearly you need BI5, so are you asking how much hard drive space you will need ? If so this may give you an idea:

Your account was not deleted, but it looks like it was never activated.
I can confirm that IAmATeaf is indeed an active member of this forum. Now did IAmATeaf take the red pill or the blue pill ?

I just had a look at the Wayback Machine but this forum is excluded from there :?

Re: So really, what's the sense of using BI

My question is: Can BI retrieve/play clips from the cameras' microSD cards, or does it require its own large local disk storage.
Hi, BI5 requires its own storage. It just gets the live video from the cameras. It can also use Onvif triggers.

Re: My account has been disabled/ set to inactive?

I vote for IAmATeaf to be re-instated and have informed support. There was a lot of spam, and I was sending emails to everybody and anybody@blueiris to sort it out. I think it was the email to Sam on the 6th October that did it :? Never been banned before :?: How did you avoid blunderman at ipscamst...

Re: Small and cheap?

Hi, that was a Wyze V2 issue, which is the same as my UK Neos cam. The Neos improved when I sat it next to the router wifi, but I never got the sound to work on it !

Are you saying that Wyze V3 has dual streams :?:

Re: Multiple NIC's and subnetting

It was all a bit chaotic on settings, as some cameras complain if you haven't filled parts in correctly, and others just save the settings. The first proof of success was trying to online update the cameras on the new LAN which they couldn't do. Also, the CCTV NIC shows "No Network Access"...
