Re: Proper AI settings

Steady on there ! Do you want to use the default model ? Ensure Settings/ Default object detection is ticked. Untick it if you want to use custom models. If you want custom models, tick "Use custom models". If you tick "Save AI analysis .DAT files" for a camera, you can then view...

Re: Alerts play unrelated clips

Yes, please inform Support. v5.8.9.5 is working normally for me and so I don't understand why not for you. Can you post a log file to see if anything is visibly wrong ?

Re: Outdoor mini camera compatible with Blue Iris

Not at the moment. Have you seen any you like ? We can have a look at them to try to figure out if they will work with BI5.

Re: Onfiv getEvents Error 8000ffff

Re: Login prompt when BI starts, username/password not accepted

I only use local accounts. MS makes it harder every Windows installation I do. I can't see any reason I would want my BI5 server to be hooked up to the net any more than it already is.

Re: Minimize PC CPU usage

Agreed. The OP is stating that UI3 does this on a remote LAN pc:

1. Does the video look OK when viewing on the actual BI5 pc using BI5 ?
2. Does the video look OK on the BI5 pc when using UI3 ?

And for Pogo (ONLY):

3. Set the I frame to 1.
4. Set all other settings to 11
