Re: AI doesn't work after update(s)

I found I always had to reboot the BI5/CPAI pc following updates. I'm hoping that will settle down when CPAI isn't so "Beta". It does get better with every iteration though.

Anyway, if you find a bug, and you can make it happen on demand, we can let Ken know.

Re: Blue Iris and CodeProject Questions

Well I did ask Ken, as I really don't get the static logic. He responded: The number one gotcha with static object analysis (SOA) is not understanding the purpose of the "ignore" rule. For SOA to do its thing, you want NO rules. If you add an ignore rule ("treat as not static") t...

Yes, PiHole here too. What a smile that gives you when you first get it set up. You begin to realise how hard companies are pushing their adverts on to everybody on the planet. A guy at work asked me how I know what to buy if I don't look at adverts (I avoid them on tv too). Oh dear. As for Tapatalk...

Re: Baby/pet cam with two way audio?

The answer from Ken is that Reolink at some stage removed the ability for Blue Iris to use the RTSP back channel for 2-way audio in their firmware and that with BI5 version 5.9.1 the help was revised to include a short list of some compatible models. He goes on to say that the best ones right now ar...

Re: Blue Iris 5 Demo setup issue

Hi, I'm wondering if it is storage. Can you show an image of the graph for storage settings ? And what does the Log show ?

Re: AI Alert Push Notification Very Slow

Okay I found the setting screen you are referencing. What is the Unicorn to cancel? I think it got changed a few versions ago in BI5, but basically the first proper AI identification stopped BI5 from looking. Even if you had 99 more images and the Id got better. It became clear that adding somethin...

I've sent a list of questions to Ken, and this is one of them :geek:
