How slow ? And is it consistent ?
Have you set BI5 to check ALL CPAI images, or stop on the first id ? For example with mine set to 10 post trigger images at 250ms each and a Unicorn in "To cancel" there would be a 2.5 second delay there, and any extra that Push adds.

Re: Baby/pet cam with two way audio?
Pogo usually mentions the Tapo C110 to fit most of those specs, but I don't know if BI5 can do two way audio with it.

Re: Blue Iris and CodeProject Questions
Static objects. I had asked in a different post if anybody really understands these settings. You can configure it, but what does it do ? Ho hum, I can feel an email to Ken coming up.

Re: Older Panasonic BB-HCM705A cameras lagging/slow motion
This would be a good one for trialing an older version of BI5 to see if your suspicions are correct. Do you have BI5 set to retain versions as it updates ? Do you know when this started ? Other thoughts: 1. Has your network become overloaded ? I'm thinking that H264 was brought in to reduce bandwidt...

Re: Older Panasonic BB-HCM705A cameras lagging/slow motion
Are the newer IP cameras all working normally ? All the Panasonic cameras not ? Anything in the Log ? And are they H264 or something different ? Resolutions ? Slow network ?

Re: ARP Storms
Well that's a new one for me. Are you sure it's a flaky camera rather than a malicious attack ? Might be worth letting Support know in case the camera was accidently triggering a valid BI5 function.
