Re: PTZ Camera setup
It does appear to have Onvif profile "S&T" according to the spec, and I believe "S" handles PTZ so I think it will work with a bit of persuasion. A good look around the camera settings to ensure BI5 has the correct ONVIF settings, and if that fails, an email to Support.

Re: Protected clips deleted?
Does anybody use this function ? Can you comment ? It certainly doesn't make sense if BI5 is deleting them - I would check the logs to verify what is happening - best done by making BI5 create a text file so you can search it. The standard log amalgamates things to show how many times it happened, b...

Re: Annke's Crater Pro w/ BI
I didn't know you could buy a new 4MP Annke PT (Not Z) camera for less than £30. That just might be a step up from Pogo's Tapo cams. If you already have an image in BI5 you are 95% there as it is clearly an IP cam and you already know the IP address and ports etc. Now the advert boasts of H264+. Are...

Re: Remote Access "LAN Only" Error
I think you need to send an email to Support for that one. I don't think many of us use that functionality.

So are you seeing the video in BI5 delayed compared to the video on the NVR ? Please be as specific as you can.

It's just cosmetic. If you want it to match adjust it, otherwise meh!

Re: Memory Leak
I can tell you that I'm running BI5 v5.8.8.10 and memory usage is stable here. Have you checked that you have exempted the BI5 folders from your anti virus scans ? See Help file for details.

Re: Nvidia drivers
Hi MikeLud,
Is there anything showing which graphics cards require which version of CUDA ? And which CPAI object detection model to use for a particular graphics card ? Or is it trial and error

Re: codeproject.ai thinks everyone is me
I've not had much luck with it either. I think it may be because the face images it does record are tiny and low resolution. I'm guessing it is either using a sub-stream image or it is shrinking the image sent to CPAI, as the actual camera images are fine. Does anybody have this working, and can you...
