Re: Camera system software, i.e., Blue Iris
Hi, quite a lot of questions there. I'll have a go at answering some of them: 1. Blue Iris is like the Swiss army knife of cctv. It really does bring it together in one program. I used to use iSpy, but you had to pay quite a lot annually to get remote access, and Blue Iris undercut that. AgentDVR is...

Well worth reminding people
Unfortunately here I had to delete the first post with the query as the OP came back later to drop their spam payload. Banned.

Re: BI deleted all clips from program, but re still in windows folders.
I figured it out. The drive was full, I mean 0mb free. OK, back to basics: Have a look at your storage size limits for each BI5 folder and check they haven't changed. Then have a look at the BI5 Log to verify BI5 maintenance is moving and deleting as expected. Follow that up with a look a Status/St...

Re: Murphy struck
Hi. I'm running BI5 v5.9.9.42 and that is working well with CPAI v2.9.5. This is on a Win11 PC with no VM's or Docker images.Suspect program level mismatch with CPAI.

Re: BI deleted all clips from program, but re still in windows folders.
Hi, this is a user to user forum, but we will try to help if we can. Specialist Support needs to be an email to Support, but if you do that you need to paste your licence details in to the email. And let us know what the answer was :D First questions: 1. Anything in the Log ? 2. Any changes made to ...

Re: Left Bar/Clips Side Bar View
Since you do have the latest version, I will suggest you contact Support via email. If they do have a solution, please let us know what it is. You will need to paste in your licence details to do that. It does look like a Windows problem though, since nobody else is reporting the same issue. What do...

Re: Overview status shows 99% disk
I see it as an overview. If it shows an error you look deeper. All we had previously was messages showing minus values on specific drives.
The best thing with BI5 though is that if you have a good idea or enhancement, send it to Support and tell them why. I have had two changes made that way.

Re: Left Bar/Clips Side Bar View
Does it work if you click the icon that looks like a piece of film at the top left of your image ? I'm thinking BI5 has a lot of similar functions and you may have the wrong one. That one works for me.

Re: users trying to log on audit
The main Log can be saved as a text file from the Status/ Log page, but I don't think it will help in your case as it won't tell you much more than the standard log. It just puts everything in time order rather than trying to amalgamate things to count problems. I'm afraid you will have to dig a bit...
