We will try to help if we can. Can you add screenshots of the BI settings for these cameras ? And details of your pc (CPU etc).

I would send an email to support, and ask them to have a look for you. Don't forget to add all of the detail from BI by clicking the "Email support" button in the BI settings, as it lets them know your licence number etc.

Yup, H265 works here, but loads up the cpu. Since the PC is running Emby, TVMosaic, Homeseer etc, I prefer to keep the BI CPU usage as low as possible. My cameras are all set to H264.

I just spotted an article comparing the Nest and Ring doorbells, and it claimed that burglars would be scared away by the presence of this visible deterrent. Oh dear. I already have evidence that this thinking is flawed :lol:

I am using the Nest Door Camera on Blue Iris and it works great Yes, tell us more :idea: After one of my neighbours had his Ring doorbell ripped from his wall, I am beginning to think that a standard doorbell and a small camera may be a less expensive, and less stolen method. Clearly the thieves go...
