This is such a discombobulated thread!
Sent more info to BI Support.

Basically, wither I use the Alert Tab or Trigger 'Immediate Actions', the test results are the same. The Push notification just doesn't get processed. As if it was disabled.

After I did the previously mentioned procedure, it 'Sometimes' worked.
